Data Entry Clerk

This role requires an eagle eye for even the tiniest inconsistencies and errors, and involves creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes. You will be successful in this clerk position if you're able to enter high volumes of data into Microsoft Excel and ERP systems and databases with utmost precision and speed and must possess a high level of organization, reliability and attention to detail. Your responsibilities: - Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes - Gathering, sorting, and prioritizing data for computer entry - Working with and maintaining confidentiality of highly sensitive information - Processing customer and account source documents, reviewing data and detecting deficiencies - Completing additional tasks as needed - Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks - Acting in accordance with data program techniques and procedures to ensure data entry requirements are met - Excellent oral and written communications skills - High school diploma or comparable degree - Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information - Perform a data entry speed of 8,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy - Can work independently with minimal supervision - Highly organized and self-motivated - Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel - Solid understanding of data entry - Expertise in numeric data entry
