I have Atlantic Broadband internet, and have a home-based business and am considering a backup internet connection.
For one of my online jobs, I connect through a Cisco Anyconnect VPN to Phoenix.
It slows my download speed tremendously (to 20mbps), and limits my ability to do my other job efficiently (I'm a radiologist).
I need a network engineer to figure out a way to get a 2nd internet connection to the computer around the VPN to speed up my downloading time over the VPN. Thanks.
My cable connection is 100 Mbps down, 20 mbps up. I'll get a backup internet connection once I find out of this is possible. The easy thing is getting a 2nd computer and switching back and forth continuously but that's less than ideal. I'd like a 2nd internet connection as a backup anyways as my job is time-sensitive and requires continuous internet.

Hello! Probably it's possible to route network blocks: not default route via VPN, but only nesessary ip-address blocks via VPN. And default route we can switch back to standard not secured by Phoenix VPN internet.
