I wish to carry out a simple scientific experiment to see if it is feasible to generate renewable energy in a new way. The setup has been described here:

Your job will be to find me a manufacturer who will create a prototype of the setup to determine the maximum pressure that can be generated. The manufacturer can be from any country, as long as it has the capacity to conduct the test. I will release the milestone only after I have established mutual contact with the manufacturer via email and reached a deal successfully. Preferably you can give me the quoted price beforehand along with their email address. Should I fail to reach a deal after contact with the manufacturer, I will only pay for half of your bid price.
The manufacturer will only need to construct the simple device in the diagram. The whole working electric generator will be created only if the first phase of the experiment succeeds. It will be the manufacturer's task to determine the best dimensions and materials that should be used for the various parts of the setup. The whole process of the experiment should be recorded in video so that I can watch it.
This is a somewhat unusual project. I could have done this myself, but I am delegating it to others as I am busy with my other projects. As you bid, do tell me your relevant experience in this. Also, do tell me what you think about the experiment.
