Unscented particle filter matlab script to adapt

Hi, I need a expert matlab coder with good knowledge in unscented kalman filter and particle filter (sequential Monte-Carlo and MCMC). The job will consist of adapting an existing script (Unscented particle filter) in matlab for multi-step ahead forecasting of chaotic time series. The final program will be a compiled matlab GUI running with matlab runtime. I need to load files and save results, enter various parameters. I attach the original matlab files and pdf papers about that matter. I also need good communication along the coding procedure. Finally I need the source code.
