Hello! I can do this for you. I do have some comments and suggestions if I may: o Please consider using the ESP32 instead of the older ESP8266. The ESP32 has 2 cores, and is less likely to crash like the ESP8266 does (it throws a watchdog timer fault on software or hardware delays) if it is too busy to maintain its central functions. The ESP32 doesn't have this problem. The EPP32 also has more usable GPIO pins, even though you don't need those for this project. o The DS18B20 is a good choice. I use these all the time, and they are robust and easy to hook up and query for temperature. I have a bunch of these in stock that I can use for testing on your project. I have the waterproof ones, and the TO92 ones as well. o Will this device run on a battery? If so, what battery are you planning to use? This will impact how often you can send temperature readings to ThingsBoard. I'll help you determine what battery would be good if you're not sure. o WiFi Manager is awesome. I use it for all my projects. There is a library for the ESP32, and I have that available and loaded. o Are you looking for a schematic, a circuit board, code, or a finished product of some sort? This is very doable. I can do it for you. I live and work in the US, so my prices are going to be a bit higher than folks from other countries.
