Design a Responsive Magento based website theme with configurations.

Hello, We need a responsive magenta theme with a professional design and it is only for women fashion & dresses categories. What all we need : * We need a magento based web design and with professional design as we have some references. * Pages we need more responsive and perfect : Home page (with sliders and banners) Payment page , checkout page, product page, and some 2-3 static pages. * Modules also we need that zip code checker with cod checker too and SMS gateway (SMS to be sent on customer's mobile once the order placed and dispatched) * We need both website design with cross browser check to be worked properly on all the browsers and mobile template too. * Almost the design we expect is simple and not complicated as we have some reference. * Finally we have acquired indian based payment gateway kit that needs to be integrated. * Needs to be delivered on time that is very important. NOTE : Please bid only those who are very expert with magento and show me your previous experiences with magento and portfolios.
