**Project Description:**
We are seeking an experienced IT Software Product Manager to oversee the documentation of our existing ecosystem and manage our development sprints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of each sprint, managing the project and team, and reviewing the code completed by our freelance developer team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Document the current state of our software ecosystem comprehensively.
- Plan and oversee each sprint, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Manage a team of freelance developers, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project updates and progress reports.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in software product management and team leadership.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
