Regarding your existing system I have various queries which I have jot down here. Kindly have a look on the followings: 1. May I know the exact topic of the scheduling system? For which purpose the scheduling be done through your system- Whether it is for any service related or any appointment system or any other topic? 2. Exactly where the error is happened? Is this error happened with scheduling flow or any other error? 3. Is there only a single error happens or there are many errors? 4. Have you any local set up for your existing system? I am concerned as it is a live website and you will not be able to down your website more than 2-3 hours. so if you have any local set up, I can utilise that for fixing the error and after all fixation, I will upload those files on your live server and all be okay.
