Im searching for some EU based hosting providers than can provide me with cheap ipv4 addresses that I can activate houry or I can lease monthly. I will be using the IP addresses to create proxies with squid proxy server. I need someone with experience in this department and can help me find what I am looking for and has experience with previous providers who offer this. My freelancer must also show me how I can access the ips hourly and then eventually turn them into proxies at a fast rate.
