Algorithm for database inventory identification

My bid is based on a number of assumptions. If these assumptions are incorrect, then please feel free to use a different Freelancer: (1) I assume this is essentially a "standalone" database, i.e. that the incoming transactions are documented in a prescribed format (e.g. Excel), which the database can process automatically. (2) I assume that you need this done in a Microsoft Access database (3) I assume that you need this for the Windows operating system If these are all true, then I'm your man to implement this database. I've allowed extra time in my bid for extensive testing, just so we are both certain that the product functions as intended This is pretty much a blockchain / coin verification application. Ultimately, it reduces to simple mathematical operations so it won't be my most challenging project. Why is my bid so low? My response: there's a reason why I have a 5-star Freelancer rating!
