VPN - V2Ray - Germany

In this project you would have the following tasks:

- Setting up a V2Ray Connection / Shadowsocks Connection which will be identified from my computer and all apps with the location in Germany.

Current Status:

I have set up a V2Ray and a Shadowsocks connection to my server in Germany, yet when I'm opening [login to view URL] it will show my location as: "Beijing" or "HongKong".

My system time will determine that I'm located in Asia.

Also when opening an app called Sky X ([login to view URL]) it will show me that the content I want to stream is only available in Austria and Europe; that app is therefor also locating me outside of Europe even though I'm connected with that VPN.

I want to stream content through the Sky X app; the task here is only completed it that app can be opened and stream.

I don't understand as of why google doesn't show my location with "Germany" (webrtc??) and I don't understand why the Sky X app from Austria doesn't work.

There is another app from UK, which called Sky Go; it does work on my mac book as it localises me in Germany but it doesn't work on my android phone or ipad.

Task:

Set up the VPN server so the Sky Go app would work, make sure that [login to view URL] would recognise my location to be in Germany.
