I've worked as an Executive Assistant/ Admin Support and I used to work closely with Top Management. The previous company I used to work with was a group of companies consisting of different real estate properties, a group of hotels, and an Investment company. I provided daily administrative tasks to the Management, working with whatever the team requires me to do, be it creating spreadsheets, research, setting up interviews for job applicants, booking meetings and conferences, and such. While also taking all phone calls, managing the company’s email, summarizing reports of customer feedback to the company’s real estate properties and a group of hotels. I also have a 6month experience working in a Travel and Tour agency whose duties include taking phone calls, booking arrangements for transportation (air/land), tour packages, hotel accommodation and sometimes acting as a Tour guide. I am comfortable working in the South Africa timezone and can work full time. Also, I am willing to undergo training if necessary.
