Business Operations Analysts

Job Duties: Provides analytical and statistical support requiring interfacing with a broad range of cross-functional positions. Prepares reports for use in business planning and analysis for assigned area. Develops report specifications of data requirements and provides analysis to resolve business-related problems. Improves reporting processes whenever possible. Compiles and prepares statistical data used in the analysis of operational performance of designated functional area. Assists in managing projects through completion including project tracking, monitoring, reporting and administration. Communicates project status through publishing high quality project reports and presentations. Evaluates business process implications of system requirements and assesses possible redesign recommendations. Creates documentation and ensures readiness for all projects. Documents business case analysis and assists in translating business requirements into process/functional design/system solutions. May be assigned to various, unanticipated sites throughout the world. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. 24 months’ experience in job offered or business operations related position. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Experience must include: 1) CI Product Analysis, Four Up forecast analysis, and New Logo analysis; 2) SAP and Zebra ERP system; 3) iMAP, Salesforce, and Tableau; 4) Revenue trending and forecast analysis; 5) Excel Macro Programming, Pivot Table Analysis, and Statistical Analysis. Experience may be gained concurrently. Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
