We have a need for an Acrobat file that we can send out to clients to complete. Initially we need to ask some questions (in the form) and then depending on the answers present them with a mixture of text and numeric mandatory fields to fill in. Once they've finished (we need it to be obvious to them if it's not complete) they can email the form back to us.
