Producing Historical Horse racing data that cover the last 12 months

Im looking for someone who has an in depth knowledge of uk and Irish horse racing and experience recording results to a spreadsheet. to assist with an offline project i'm working on The successful candidate will produce 12 months worth of historical racing results (from 30/06/2012 - 30/07/2012) for each way bets only based on uk and irish racing, Results are to be worked out to SP or BSP and the results must show a healthy overall profit when the year is over. If you have results of your own we can work with those as long as we show a healthy profit at the end of the year. Have a look at the attached example for more information.
