500 Gmail accounts with USA IP Needed

Hello, (Please bid only if you have access to USA IPs and the ability to create accounts. The last consultant couldn't perform to these standards. Wasted a week of our time.) I have a database of 1,500 USA first and last names with Login and same Password. 1. I need gmail accounts for each on USA IP. 2. Once created, need to divide into blocks of at least 200. Thus, you will divide into 6 blocks of 200 accounts and 1 block of 300 accounts. In each block of accounts, all accounts must forward to the 1st name on the list in each block. Thus, all responses to the accounts in the block will forward to the 1st name. Each account may require SMS verification. Will play bonus if no mistakes or errors. Need ASAP. Thanks
