Recreate (cut & paste) a DNN 3.2.2 website to latest Community Version

We want to recreate an older DNN 3.2.2 website in DNN version 5.4.2. We have tried unsuccessfully to upgrade. This is not an option. The worker will be given access to the new site only. The content will need to be manually copied from the old site and pasted into the new site and formatted properly (to be provided). Not all content will be necessary in the new site. The new page names will be provided and must be created first. The new site has the default skin installed. We are looking for a patriotic skin to install prior to adding the content to the new site.
