Mystery Shopping - Customer Experience Danish Bank Test Missions The company: French startup created in January 2017, D-Rating is the first digital performance rating agency, delivering an independent evaluation based on hundreds of objective criteria. All our data came from proprietary crawlers, semantic analysis, investigations, third-party sources and audits. Scores are calculated with the involvement of analysts and a scientific committee. The project: part of the companies' score is obtained by the level of mastery of the customer digital experience. We test companies on their main customer experience and digital communication channels. In this context, D-Rating is looking for a part-time person for long term mystery shopper assignments. Several types of mystery shopper missions are to be carried out with several companies, based on a precise and detailed methodology: “Journey” mission: Completion of 2 customer journeys (online and from home almost exclusively) - Testing of digital communication channels of these companies - One remote appointment with a sales representative of the company (based on a script of a few questions) - An estimated workload of about 6 hours (spread over 3 to 6 weeks) for a rate of 210€(excl. VAT) per company. “Tests“ mission: - Measurement of digital features availability (website and mobile app) - Evaluation of the ease of purchase of certain products via website and mobile app - An estimated workload of about 5 hours (spread over 1 to 2 days) for a rate of 175€(excl. VAT) per company. - All or part of this mission can be carried out by videoconference with an analyst from D-Rating. For each of these missions, it will be necessary to fill in detailed forms allowing to describe precisely the customer experience, and to provide screen copies (web and mobile application) as evidences. Prerequisites and conditions: The testers must legally reside in Denmark, and be present at their home approximately every day during the week for the duration of the mission. Profile: MUST HAVE! - Important: Danish citizenship and not linked to the USA fiscally (“US person”) - Already have a Danish bank account - Self-employed person, employee (but available in the morning), or student Required qualities: - Good level of English (minimum level C1) - Comfortable with computer tools (computer, smartphone, Office Suite, Google Sheets) - Attention to details, rigorous Necessary tools: - High-performance computer with a stable high-speed internet connection, allowing videoconferencing in good conditions. - High-performance Android Smartphone (2 years of seniority max, operating system up to date) - Printer - Expenses incurred (zero or low depending on the mission) will be reimbursed by D-rating upon presentation of a receipt. Any welcome bonuses distributed by the companies tested are kept by the freelancer. - A mission must be carried out in its entirety to generate fees to the freelancer.
