Make edits to content in CMS from MS Word editing/track changes

I have a CMS with a bunch of content in it, we had some editors copy content in to MS word and review and edit it with track changes on. We now need someone to go through the MS word doc and replicate the needed changes back in to our CMS content management system. The CMS is easy to use (similar to something like wordpress). we will hire a couple of people for this tasks since there are a lot of changes. Its very important we have someone used to working with MS word track changes and very detail oriented as we cannot miss changes needed. Would like to start now and need some help probably over the weekend getting it all done.
