Compile a list of blogs, with contact info

Hi. I need an excel file which should contain a list of 500 blogs written in English (US, UK, CA or AU - mostly interested in US, 70% of the blogs should be from US) which haven't been updated for more than a year, together with the email address of the owner. The blogs should have lots of prior posts (at least 2 years old, at least 30 posts). If you can't find the email address on the site or in the whois database, you can link the contact page instead, but this should be done only as a last resort. I'm not interested in blogs for which you can't find either the contact email address or the contact page. The blogs should be in the following niche: home & garden, housewife, cleaning, family, housewares and appliances, healthy living. I am not interested in blogs from any other niche. I am interested only in specific TLD domains (.com, .org or .net), not blogspot or wordpress or any other blog platform. The blogs should be indexed on Google, live and functioning. To recap: - 500 blogs with contact info in excel - English blogs from US, UK, CA or AU (put this in a separate column). - last post on these blogs is from July 2015 (or older) - at least 2 years old, at least 30 posts - niches: home & garden, housewife, cleaning, family, housewares and appliances, healthy living - indexed on Google, live and functioning Thanks.
