I need someone who is fluent in Chinese to search the web and find me Commercial real estate projects or commercial pieces of land bought by UNLISTED chinese companies. Please pay attention to the word UNLISTED. I already have information on the LISTED Chinese real estate companies.
Also please pay attention to the word Commercial. When a piece of land is sold in China, it is zoned either for Residential, Industrial, or Commercial use. Commercial use includes retail (like shopping malls/stores) and office buildings. I am only looking for commercial projects/ commercial land.
I only want you to focus on 4 cities: Shenzhen/ Guangzhou/ Shanghai/ Beijing.
I need an excel file detailing the specifics about the project/piece of land.
What company bought it
City
District
Location
Price paid
Price/ Square meter
Size
Gross floor Area
I also want you to include a link to where you got the information in the excel file. If it was from a pdf, please download it and put it in a folder you can send to me.
Some of the above information wont be available, but please find as much as possible and put it into the excel file.
One final point; i only want purchases/information that happened in the last 5 years.
For this project, i want to start off with 500 projects/pieces of land to make sure you are going in the right direction. Once you have completed these 500 projects/pieces of land correctly, i will open another project and award you the project for another 500. And then another 500. etc. Until i have all of the commercial projects in these 4 cities. So you can make a lot of money if you do this correctly. Please do these first 500 well and you can get much more money.
Please only Chinese speakers as most of the information will only be in Chinese.
