Extract data from one excel spreadsheet with several worksheets

Have a master excel file. Need to extract some of the data and create a new spreadsheet. We are preparing a publication which includes the team information along with team members for an upcoming skating event. The file attached called " > "Roster with Photos" is information that we gathered through our website. So we were able to collect the information in the format we needed. > > The second file attached " 2014 Eastern SYS Sectional" is the list from the figure skating association. We need some of the information pulled out of this file and placed into an excel file ethat looks like our "Roster with Photos" spreadsheet. > > Specifically, the "Team Rosters" workSHEET list each individual as a separate record, and does not containt the city and state of the team. > So we need the final version to contain for each TEAM to contain one row wiht the same information found on our Roster with photo sheet. i.e. > The Skater Names need to be combined into one field with a comma between each name, a lookup needs to be performed to acquire the team's city and state and the names of the coaches. This is found on the "Team Contacts" worksheet and the "Coaches worksheet" respectively.
