I believe that the best way to handle your data would be in an Excel spreadsheet as it can be easily manipulated for your needs and can also be searched on and filtered as required. While the attachment did not appear on the project outline, I can decipher from your description that each entry into the spreadsheet would require a list of Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers and E-mail addresses. I would suggest the format of the columns should be First Name, Last Name, Street Address, Suburb (or Town if you prefer), Country, Postcode, Phone Number (more than one column if necessary) and E-mail. If this is not what is shown in the key for data setup, I will follow your example.
