Need Design / Layout for new Site

I need a new layout / design for my new website. It's a product review website which you can find here: [login to view URL] You can see the basic layout already. I want it to be a very clean website with no graphics, it should be light and fast loading. You need to come with a nice color layout (preferable some kind of greenish color) Then we need a nice layout for table, comments, reports etc. Please have a look at the site and browse through the various modules and try to grasp the overal feel of the site and let me know your ideas of how to make something nice out of it. I have a template you should use and modify so that it will fit with the site and your layout. (See [login to view URL]). Actually what is most impoartant of that template is the SEO friendlyness of it. If you look the source code it displays the body text first instead of the left sidebar text which makes it easier for the bots to index and crawl it. - I like the width 100% and the sidebars should be fixed pixels. - Table sample you can see in attachment - Comments should have another background color so it would be easy to devine them as comments.
