Magento - implementing a multi-store website using purchased template.

Hi,
I have purchased a template that has all the functionality that I require already built in to it. It allows for quite substantial look and feel changes through Magento Admin without having to touch CSS. It supports Multi-store.
I would like to use as the base for 3 stores.
I want all 3 stores to have one back-end admin, so this will use Magento's Multi-store functionality.
I need an expert who will be able to :
1. Correctly implement Magento multi-store functionality and demonstrate they have done this before by giving me some real-life examples of their work
2. Make the necessary changes to the look and feel to get the desired branding on each of the 3 stores. This may require some changes to CSS and possibly some Jquery but as mentioned, the template is quite flexible allowing most look and feel changes to happen through admin
3. Add functionality / extension to allow each site to have a blog (most likely Wordpress)
4. Set-up the some base products, email templates, postal tables, payment gateway and everything else required to make the site live
5. Tune the stores and Magento (and where necessary, the server) so it performs optimally and has full SEO features
