Ipad App sales information

I have a large app on the app store, it's a sales and crm app. It works with an accounting/erp software package called Capital office. We have been too busy to do any marketing really. I have written the help file for it, it's in the app , this can be used as a guide to what it does etc. (I need to update the help to fix all the spelling mistakes etc, thats another story ) I want to create a 4 page flyer on it that will be a PDF. People currently ask if I have more info on the app , ie something to read and I don't . The apps target audience is a sales person, ie sales staff in a show room or sales reps on the road. The person writing the marketing material will understand what the app can do if they have the correct experience. I have attached the userguide. The person who wins this project will be expected to have an ipad and download the app. I don't need the flyer created, I need someone who can write the marketing/sales stuff to go in it, someone who knows what questions to ask me.
