SEO Content CopyWriter Needed for Website pages

Our company is seeking to hire an expert content writer to write 50 SEO friendly content articles per week (400-to-450 words each) for our websites. They will be for website use, not for article directories. The sites are in the moving and relocation industries, and the article's themes will generally be moving and/or relocation to a particular state, or group of cities in the United States. We will provide you a list of states or cities to write about for each set of articles.

The research and theme for all the articles will be about 90% the same. However, since its SEO optimized content we are looking for, every article needs to be unique and different from each other.

Our company has many departments and many sites, and this will hopefully be the first of many projects we will be hiring for. The expert that gets hired and does a great job will be rewarded with more work. These projects will run indefinitely into the future, so please bid competitively. You must have a Skype ID and be available for a brief weekly strategy session.

REQUIREMENTS:

-- The content must be keyword rich, with excellent SEO optimization, for use on websites

-- Articles must be submitted to us ready to use on our sites. Articles with grammar or spelling errors will not be accepted until mistakes are corrected. One round of revisions ONLY

-- All work must be 100% original and pass Copyscape, DupeFree Pro, and Plagiarism Detect

-- Everything must be written in intelligent standard American English (no slang, technical, or scientific language)

-- The content must be informative; sales directed and call to action

-- Title should remain below 60 characters (including spaces) and please make it interesting, catchy

-- The article's title, H1, H2, and H3 tags description must contain the keyword and should be interesting

-- Keyword must be in the first paragraph (FIRST sentence), middle paragraph (middle of article), and last paragraph(LAST sentence)

-- We will provide you with the keywords for each article

-- Keyword density (the main keyword, NOT together with "theme keywords"!) must be between 1.5%-2% (not higher, not lower!)

-- Some related "theme keyword" and keyword variations (e.g. plural form of the keyword, variations of the keyword etc...) should also be used a little throughout the article

SUBMITTING WORK:

-- Each set of 50 articles is considered one project

-- Each articles must be in text format (.txt). No MS Word or other formats

-- Each article should be in its own separate file. File name must be the article keyword. Everything should emailed to us in .zip format on or before the pre-established weekly deadline

COPYRIGHT:

We will own the copyright for all the content once we have paid you. This means you will not sell, reproduce or re-use these articles in any way for any reason (including resell, reuse, re-write or give away). You agree that upon sending me the articles all rights to the articles transfer to us.

PAYMENT:

-- Each set of 50 articles is considered one project. No upfront or partial payments will be made. No payment per article will be made.

-- No payment will be unless the entire project meets the above requirements.
