Creative Writer/Managing Social Networking

We are a small company looking for writing support. We understand blogs are a great way to get information out, and build credibility for our company. We currently have our own social network we are building and would love someone to beef it with blogs and get people wanting to blog on our site. We also we will want to post blogs on [login to view URL] to drive the real estate community to OUR social network. We have a unique business niche and we want the community to know about it. So you as a writer will need to understand or research the credit crunch, qualifying for mortgages, rent to own, lease purchases, credit repair, credit education, budgeting, and brand new homes. We are launching a resale department and we are going to get that our to the consumer as well. This will be an ongoing relationship. The initial pay will not be high, as we grow , so will your pay. We are also creating two newletters that need to be created as well. This will be in the near future. This will be an ongoing project.. If possible a ghost writer to manage the social networks we are part of.
