The ideal candidate is willing to lead customer outreach and engagement effort nation-wide and passionate about providing legendary customer services remotely – from home – at their own schedule. Essential duties and responsibilities: · Conduct community outreach to increase customer engagement via email by sending a mass messages to potential customers. · Maintain relationships with customers over email · Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service Requirements: Similar customer service role Ability to multitask Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
