Mac Window Skinning

We have a Mac application that spawns a window. We need someone to make this existing window titleless.
Pretty much have a "NSBorderlessWindowMask" but performed on a window that already exists. We're looking for this to be done in whatever method possible ie. AppleScript, Cocoa, oscore accessibility api.
There's a bonus too if you can make this window "top most" and make it positioned above the mac dock.
