classified application

I am looking for someone I can work with on this project as well as other existing and future projects. I am just a guy with an idea and not a lot of money, so depending on the cost I may be interested in some profit sharing to cover some of the development. I have an idea of what I would like to see and how I would like this to work, but I am open to suggestions as I may be missing something or wanting something that is not possible. The new site could be built in PHP and/or Flash and MySQL. I would be ok with this being based around a CMS like Joomla.
