CakePHP Expert Developer (Full/Part-Time)!

I'm looking to hire a full-time developer that meets the following criteria: 1. Speaks English fluently 2. How many years experience with CakePHP (Very Important)? 3. How many years experience with MySQL, JQuery, CSS, Ajax? 4. Will work 30/40 hours per week 5. Is always available over Skype when working 6. Has experience using GitHub and Trello 7. I'm looking to work with an individual, not a team or agency! 8. Can work in the EST time zone (9:00 AM - 5:00PM EST GMT -5:00) 9. Send me CakePHP websites that you have worked on or have built from scratch. This developer will be working with my senior developer on updates and new features that we add to the website. 10. Currently, you would be mainly working on localization and converting HTML pages to include PHP code, and also localization. Do you have experience with this type of work?
