Cutting sheet for recycled plastic sheets using a CNC Milling machine

This appears to be a 3 piece assembly. Are all 3 pieces cut from one of the teardrop shaped pieces? It appears you also want 2 different "hoop" thicknesses? 35mm & 15mm? I can create 2 files. 1 for the 35mm parts and one for the 15mm parts. I will also include 1 edit for each file to get your desired output.
