very Action-alert Application

Action Alert application Hello, I would like to hire someone to code a very small application with a very simple task for an virtualized Android tablet. The application im running on the Tablets is called "poker ma ster" and is available in the Google Store. You do not need any knowledge about pokermaster aswell. You do not need any knowledge skill in Android tablets, neither for Poker or about poker ma ster to help me with this project. the task is very very simpel. I run several virtualized Android tablets with a software called "memu 2.9.2.0". Programm configuration i use: I use Memu 2.9.2.0 ( [login to view URL] ) and Memu Lollipop ( [login to view URL] ) to virtuaize up to 8 diffrent Android 5.1 tablets on a Windows 8.1 desktop. The Application i want you to creat is a standalone and doesn't need to interact with The tablet. The Task that the "action-alert-app" needs to do is very simple: Poker is a round based game, like chess, not a realtime strategy game. If its my turn I have 15 seconds to make an action before i time out and lose the hand. That's all you need to know about the game. Unfortunately I frequenctly miss that it my turn and that i have to an action because i'm focused on another game on one of the other 8 virtualized android tablets. The "action-alert-app" simply needs to play a alert (short, smal soundfile) if its my turn. Unfourtantly Poker Ma ster doesn't have any audio notification, just visual norification . The app i want to code doesn't even need to highlight the table or anything, it just need to play a sound if it's my turn and doesnt need to indicate at wich tablet i have to do an action. I already came up with an Idea how to fix this issue, but i am open for new/better ideas: [login to view URL] here are two virtualized tablets. On the left site i have to do an action and on the right site i dont have to do an action. The 6 buttons that appear if it's my turn indicate that i have to do an action. f.e. The red button on the left ONLY appears if its my turn. So this red fold button is 100% unique if its my turn. My idea would to visually scan ONE pixel of the tablets (f.e. every 0,2sec) to check if there i a red button. Once the red button appears the "action-alert-app" plays a soundfile once. Thats the whole job it needs to do: Scan one pixel of the tablet -> Red button appears -> open soundfile -> done. If you come up with a better solution on how to indicate that it is my turn that's fine aswell. I am open for better solutions. That was just my first idea. The required skills that I listed don't need to match, you could also use other programming languages. I could also open a new project with the skills that you would like to use. I could also use a sofware like PlaceMint to force the tablets in pre-defined certain slots on the desktop to make sure the pixel is always 100% in the same spot on the desktop, but i'm not sure if this is nessary or beneficial. Anyways it will not be a problem to add programs that force the tablet to be in the same desktop location, if that helps .
