Post to facebook page using C# serverside

We are having some issues connecting to facebook via C# and posting image and links. Therefore we are looking for a premade code, that allows a user to connect via facebook login, save the user token, and then post a link to their choosen page. It should not use their javascript library, only C# since we need this to run serverside.
Hope there are anyone out there with a working script, that they are will to share.
