Final tasks for messenger -- (Repost) -- 2

This project uses windows forms, SignalR, Web service, VS2013

I have some final tasks I need completed and am looking for the best possible deal and person to do this for me. I need someone who can really get this done and not playing around and taking this job very serious.

Here are the list of tasks : Note- some are related to the same thing but are broken down into parts

1. When a pm is open to another user and that other user turns the PM block on. This should update in realtime to show it was enabled at that moment same with if its cut off.

EX. User 1 is talking to user 2 and user 2 decided to turn it on. Then right away user1 will see the pm block is enabled and if its turned off then user 1 will see if its turned off

2. If a pm to user 2 is open from user 1 and user 2 has the block on then if user 2 chooses the invisible status then it should reflect in real time to user one but it would say offline though. The other status do it just this one does not.

3, Send PM from profile - When a user logs on and go to member search and double clicks on someone on their list or not the profile appears there is a send pm button on this form and when its pressed a PM should be opened to this user and allow to send a PM. I have this half working except it errors on code proberly conflicting with how I have something.

4. This is what I call a bubble status. - For each status there is a icon to represent it. if user 1 signs on and user 2 signs on and see each other online then it would be a green dot if they are away or other status it would have that icon according to the status. This must update in real time when one user changes their status it must reflect across the network.

5. Popup add request. This may have to be done with signalR. - When a user adds another user this should send a request to that user so they can either accept or deny the request. Its pretty straight forward.

EX. user 1 adds user 2 then when user 2 is online the form should appear saying that user 1 wants to add them then user 2 makes the decision. If he accepts then its added to the buddy list table and everything updates. If they decline then nothing is done but for both answers a message must be sent back to user 1 to let the know if they were accepted or declined.

the popup asking to be added should work rather the user is online or offline

if user 1 adds user 2 and user2 is not online then when user 2 comes online they should get the popup.

I do have a table for this created via database.

6. Once number 5 is working then this one and number 7 should be a easy task. I need to bring up the add contact form from the PM and ( 7 )profile to be able to add a user from both them places.

Any questions please ask. I'm looking for serious people who isn't after huge bucks for junky work.

Due to other freelancers milestones will be withheld from creation until I see progress is being made.. I will not have funds tied up for 4 days because someone wont answer me or tell me what's going on.

I am flexible with this budget but would like to get the moneys worth
