decompiler Tradestation ELD file to TXT file

Create Windows based application that will recover/decompile protected Tradestation .ELD token easylanguage code file into plain text file(s). Application must run on windows 7 and 10. Don’t use scripting languages. Application should have input file selector which can be uploaded from desktop or folder from PC and another Parameter will have path for output file. A button to start conversion label as CONVERT. The output will be one or more plain text files which will display the source code in text form from each of the token files contained in the ELD. Once I accept your bid, I will provide you with a sample test file, you will develop the software. To prove that the software works, all you need do is to send me the text files from my sample eld which will prove that the software works, I will then make payment in full and you will send me the software. You will provide the source code for the application as well as the .exe and install file if necessary.
