Graphical enviroment using c plus plus winapi32 (GDI calls ONLY)

Greetings. I am interested in a very simple graphical enviroment using GDI calls, it is a winapi32 project done with c ++. I wish to point out something important, I need this done using GDI calls only, which means that the use of opengl, and/or directx calls is forbidden. I have got a framework which you should use, the software needs to be based on that, and I have also made 2 classes (matrix and vertex) containing ALL the math you'll need, so it is partially done, these files will be given to you of course, and you should work with them.
