I need a DLL, Control, or plain C++ code function that can be integrated into my MSVC++ v6.0 project for getting UPS shipping quotes via XML. (A sample C++ project integrating this module is required). I also need this for Conway, but once it is done for UPS I believe I can handle the Conway part, provided I get all the source code and ability to later/compile the component myself. Keep everything in as familiar of a language as possible (to above). Note that I sometimes also work with MS .net, but avoid it as much as possible.
