i am looking to build a home and i am in no means an artist or an architect which is why i am outsourcing!!! lol this is a very very rough draft preposal of a home i want to build. there would be tons more comunication moving forward i just want to get the project out there as quick as i can. but dont let the crayon drawings fool you i know exactly what i want the project end to look like. ive done carpentry for 10-12 years also insulation for about 5 concrete forming for about a year and a half and spent a few summers while i was young doing painting and then roofing. so this project will not be solo but will be a very small crew with a few contracted hires so someone with knowledge of canada alberta building codes will be a huge benifit as it will take time out of my schedule from needing to double check and make sure every decision made is up to code. i will attach very very very rough drafts of a quick mock up and i cant figure out how to adequately use the home modelling software without completely botching it but i will include rough guidline of the interioir floor plans using the sorftware as a reference so you can see what direction im trying to head in. thanks and hope to hear from one of you.
