I would like to hire a Bookkeeper

I run a mobile massage business with 18 freelance therapists and operating as a sole trader. I'm looking for a bookkeeper to assist me with using Xero and help me bring the books up to date from time to time. I have been working with a bookkeeper for quite a few hours where she charges me £35 an hour to teach and guide me when it comes to the accounts and the money stuff within the business. I've realised what a valuable service this is for the business but unfortunately the communication between us gets lost a little bit and I end up feeling quite confused, theres no language barrier but when it comes to numbers i need time, patience and clear explanations, with information broken down into understandable chunks. So I'm looking for a new bookkeeper to take on from this service. I'd like to work with someone in Bristol who I can meet with face to face if possible.
