NEW LMS learning portal for kids

Hello, I am Looking to build or configure/register for a SaaS LMS training platform to build with 1 week. Only those who have built or configured several world class small business and corporate LMS elearning sites only apply. You need to have a business mindset to coach on the right approach to guide me, critical thinking vs only doing what is asked. You also need to understand pros/cons of building vs buying and in your response given these high level requirements below be able to state your recommended technology path forward. You also need to be very creative to help me pull this together! Domain has already been reserved but nothing set up. Business background - this will be a Christian elearning site for tweens, young adults and possibly some adults to take various courses. Bonus of you are a devoted Christian who is passionate about helping other kids. High level Requirements are: 1. Typical Marketing/home page/landing pages pre-registration - e.g contact us, overview, registration, terms of service, privacy policy etc. All content will be provided. 2. Brand the site - add my logo and design a look and feel for the site that is attractive, creative and professional. I have the general theme, colours and some samples of my book cover of the general idea - you will need to create imagines and pictures for the site to help me bring my vision into reality. Clean, modern but fun. 3. Once the site is done, You can take my notes I’ve jotted down for content for a course, put it together and turn it into a super cool voice over presentation - if I need to hire a separate content course creator editor here no problem but please highlight this in your response if you prefer to stay focused on just the site. 4. Training presentation material but be easily transferable to another site gosh forbid we have to port over somewhere for some inforseeable reason. Presentations may be voice over PowerPoint type, YouTube, SCORM, interactive videos etc. Ability to post YouTube clips and help me to create them. 5. Gamification and badges as you complete courses 6. Site takes visa/Amex credit cards not just pay pal - LMS checkout tbd if we do by course or site access + renewals 7. Site uses my URL 8. Ability to schedule online sessions like a conference call to do live training. 8. Roles - Administrator with reports, manage registrations etc, trainer, end user/learner, possibly parent if possible ... the parent could see and get reports about what the child did 9. Ability to sell other digital content - ebooks, audio books, white papers 10. Point to affiliate sites for extra revenue potential 11. Create an online paid or unpaid quiz acts like a career assessment where you get a response report emailed to you 12. You could choose to invite a friend to do a course together where you can make comments on it and get notified in your email or text what they say - they get added to your friend profile. 13. Zero maintenance required on my part or yours - for example, the site shouldn’t need me to continue an ongoing contract with you or anyone such as installing patches and updates etc 14.
