Fill the ATTACHED NDA out completely, sign and return it as a PDF file. The NDA is in the project files ATTACHED to this project. I need to know how many members are on your team. Your team will be responsible for the FULL Development and deployment of my website as well as implementing the provided update of the UX/UI, which will be provided by a separate team of designers (You are NOT the primary designer for this project. There is another team working on design currently). FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q: What is the Project Time frame? A: Proposed Project Time frames will be provided by the freelancers. Q: Will there be an Up front payment? A: No, there will be NO upfront payment of any kind. There will be NO release of funds until 100% satisfied per freelancer policy. Q: Can you do more than one (1) milestone? A: NO Q: Can you work with a Hourly rate? A: NO Q: When will the milestone be funded A: The milestone, will be created and funded at the start of the project. Q: When will the milestone be released A: The milestone, will be released once the designs are 100% designed and submitted. Q: Payment of Freelancer fees. A: NO, We pay freelancer the same way that you do. Communication – Collaboration between teams will be ongoing, daily and is required. Transparency is required at all levels and phases of the project. This will include weekly meetings via voice or video call. Quality – Collaboration between teams will be ongoing, daily and is required. We will require internal and external review to ensure the best quality and improvement. Resources – We will need to how many people are on your team and their skill sets. n

I can share the complete timeline and cost estimation after a complete review of the project expectations. For now, I gave you the costing for a single HTML designer for a month. As you mentioned in your project description, you do not wish to go for an hourly project payment, we cannot take continuous modifications or change requests from client as that would be a never-ending project which is not affordable to us.
