access database convert to .net with MS SQL

Money Changer Software: We are looking for some one to duplicate the database attached and convert it to dot net. It will be an online application. A few changes will be required to make it a multiuser application and an admin panel will need to be added where customers will be able to customise the application’s look, insert there logo, add/remove/block users, and add today’s rates. Apart from that the application will be copied exactly the same. The system admin section needs to be added where we can setup company, which will be a separate container for every customer, and each customer can then use the application as in the attached database and explained before. The system admin section will also have a billing system where it will charge each customer on basis of number of users. The customer will be given a pre agreed per user per month price, the system will generate an invoice on a pre defined date for that customer, and we will hold customer’s credit card details and the system will then deduct the money from there credit card. If any problem with the payment been unsuccessful, system will send an email advising about that and requesting to update the payment details in customer’s admin panel. I have included the programming reference for credit card payments. If payment is not received after another 15 days the account will be blocked and customer will be displayed message about payment and will only be able to access the payments update page and account will be activated as soon as the payment is made, automatically.
