Really Fast Typing Scribe required for slightly more than 1 week

We need a scribe who can take verbatim notes in a meeting set up in real time with more than 95% accuracy. The person should be able to type fast and accurately. The person should be good with English in general and in business context. The person would have to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement as he/she might get privy to some confidential information. There would be a test before a final decision would be made from a pool of candidates.
The person has to be physically present in Bangalore for face to face meetings
