A winter night, when the snowflakes touched the ground and the ground accepted it like it was just a sheet of white blanket. Oh , how Peter wished to go out run with the other kids , hold his father’s hand and play with his family. The reality however could not be changed, Peter was an orphan. This time of the year was the most joyful time of the year everyone was in their best attires greeting each other “Merry Christmas”. At this time of the year, Kids waited for a “Ho Ho Ho Ho” of Santa Claus and they expected him to bring gifts. Peter was different he did not need a Santa Claus nor a “Ho Ho Ho” all he wanted was to hear someone say “Son, I am home” He didn’t want to see a Santa Claus, he wanted just for once to see his Father ,he didn’t need a toy he just wanted a warm hug from someone who adored him, someone who cared for him. Peter was alone in his life, in his school and also in his orphanage but somehow he did not take it as his weakness.
