Content Writing (summarizing educational text in bullet points)

I am an instructor and I need some help re-creating some content that are already have. Things are in long paragraphs and that is not the perfect format for the students to learn. That is why I look to have the same contents, read done in bullet points, and more organized. Here are some more details:
- You will have to read all the contents that exists in the document that will I will give you
- You will have to summarize it using bullet points and indentation
- You will have to be in the readers’ mind to understand which format works better
- You will have to do some extra research if you feel like the content I provide you is not enough for the reader to understand
The audience is young and has an education of high school, and rarely higher education. Therefore, the content needs to be simple.
