1) Who's this job for?
We are looking for an English native speaking person to write this content. Bi-lingual Spanish and French are also welcome, since we will then need to translate, however this is not the current job. The website is for a UK audience, so it is crucial that you can write perfect English. If you are not an English mother tongue please do NOT apply.
2) What's the job?
We are building a small website about an island in Sicily. We are looking to write content to: 1) introduce visitors to the island, 2) show them the most beautiful spots, 3) tell them how to get there, 4) things to do, 5) things to see, surroundings, facts and anything else that applies. We will disclose the name of the island to the hired freelancer.
3) Who's gonna provide information about the island?
We have another website with content and articles about the island. It can be used as a reference along with Wikipedia and any other online resource. It is however requested that you do not copy any of the phrases, wording and sentences. Plus you also need to to make the content original and engaging for who's reading. The final objective is to make the customer book for the destination, thus without absolutely giving them the feeling of a encyclopedia article.
4) How many words?
We're expecting a word count of around 5000 words spread in 4-5 articles. We can be a bit flexible depending on quality delivered.
