That's one real interesting essay you got there in your hand. There will be so much to write about it and if i had to write on such topic, it would primarily concentrate on what things can be done to make the univesity a better place to study. Ideally we hear about good universities having all those wonderful infrastructure, faculty and other things, so keeping that perspective in mind we can talk about all those new changes we can bring in such that people would start talking nice about our university too. Its not just about making changes, but its about making changes that really matter.! I can write a hundred things i would want to change or start new in the campus which will really make a difference..but for that you will have to assign this project for me :) reply back if you would like me to work for you

There are three perspectives on the issue you want to approach, changes at the university. First of all, mentality and organizational culture needs a serious change. People thought they could change that by the simple combination of e-learning and traditional learning, and by taking the university online, from local to global level directly. The second perspective is the rapidly changing labour market and its requirements. The students need to be taught to get used to adapting to these changes and preparing for them. Strategies and techniques are available all over, yet there is a missing link. The third perspective is that of teaching and materials. These need to be updated all the time, how far have teachers and educators gone in this area? All these three perspectives should be planned and coordinated, so university management has a lot to say here. Planning changes has to followed by actual implementation: here, we all face difficulties.......... If you are interested in all these, please contact me.

For good or ill, each student and faculty member leaves a legacy, and each spot of chipped paint or bent metal tells a story. That said, most of the more sweeping changes are deliberate, the product of careful decisions by a person or people who want to improve life as a campus denizen. Suggestions range from the addition of lighting to make sidewalks safer to the revision of grading policies to make classes fairer, and each cause has its merits. My own wish for the university community is simpler, however. I would like to see a 24-hour restaurant on campus. My reasoning for this comes in several parts..."

'adding more meat on university's condition bone', dont flaunt much on the campus, make proper arrangement for library and make sure that all the required books are available whenever needed, ask the lecturers not to flit as soon as they are done with the lectures.

At my university I would encourage a more familiar relationship between professors and students. It is very important for students to realize they shouldn't be afraid to speak their mind because time spent at the university is the crucial formation phase of their attitudes, creativity and interests. Such a healthy atmosphere may be created by organizing group works between students, who will be more relaxed when they familiarize themselves with their colleagues, doing quizzes on the topic of discussion and thus creating a generally healthy environment in which much more can be done and achieved. Another important factor is giving students practical work experience in order for them to be prepared for the labor market once they graduate from a university. Realizing what their possibilities and options are, students are far more likely to discover what kind of a career they would like to pursue. These are just two ideas. I have more :)

University is an exploration of self that one cannot attain anywhere else. The overwhelming fear, excitement and emotional cocktail that it began with were intense. However, after the fog clears and university begins it is clear that it had a lot to offer me. However, there is a fundemental issue with university. Making the most of it requires confidence in oneself to grab life by the 'horns' and put yourself out there to experience and grow. This is no easy task. Something like the above. It will conclude with other ideas and experiences. :)
