arduino camera and mms

1)i want to build a arduino nano project, which connect with camera and gsm module. SIM card will be plugged and use in this project. 2)I want if i ring the phone number of this SIM card, the phone will be cutted off and the camera will capture a photo and send this photo through mms to the number that i ring. But only three phone number can be recognized and send photo, other number should be filtered, because i don't want someone ring this SIM card number and send photo to unauthorized people, just three authorized phone number can activate the arduino uno to send photo. 3)You need to write the code and suggest what hardware should i use, i haven't bought any hardware at this moment. 4) Also teach me how to connect the wire of this project.
